Being Married

So life has been a roller coaster ride in this past one year... discussions, arguments, disagreements, fights, love, emotions are few words to sum up this past 11 months journey.

Well, we all have a picture for perfect married life, expectations related to our partner. But when the reality strikes, it can be a totally different picture from what we have imagined. The same happened to us :) .. the dream land became argument land and then confusions, tears, misbehavior took place of love. I think most of the married people can relate to me while the unmarried can imagine my situation. So, like every other couple we had our share of fights and disagreements. In this short span of time I have understood that even if you have get lot of ideas from other married couple about this concept married, but being married is totally a different experience which you can understand only after getting married. You can be  in your worst version at a moment while at the other moment you feel like sacrificing your everything for your better half. The same happened to us.

So, after completing 11 months, I can say that we both have accepted each other the way we are and now we know that no one is perfect. We miss each other's company whenever we are far away. Love is blooming... and now I can totally relate to one of my good friends words: the first year of every married life is very crucial and is the foundation for your married life especially if it is an arranged marriage.

Next month on 22nd January, we will be celebrating our first anniversary and hope the coming years be filled with joy, happiness and love. Here is a song (from the movie PK) dedicated to this new relationship.

Eat Pray Love

Hi All ! Hope you having fun and enjoying the way life is treating you. Last weekend was fun in its own way. Since I was alone at home so I enjoyed the liberty to watch late night movies :) No no no.. don't make any wild guesses. I actually watched the movie "Eat Pray Love" starring Julia Robets and there were some really good messages in the film. The movie revolves around three keys to happiness and contentment in life and those keys are Eat, Pray and Love. We all have achieved some milestones in our lives and some people are really doing well but even after that they are not happy with anything. They are always looking for the inner peace and contentment. So, I am explaing these three keys so that we all can at least try and be happy in whatever we have or whatever comes in this beautiful journey called "Life"

Eat: Some females/males are really conscious about how they look or how to maintain a perfect figure and in this imperfect world they run after the perfection so badly that sometimes they deprive themselves with the pleasure of some great food/stuff. There is an instance when the lead actress tells her friend that she must not worry about her figure constantly by giving a simple example. A man never leaves a room by seeing a fat naked women while making love to her because her flab never makes adifference to him. In fact, at that moment of time all he is concerned about making love to her. So, if someone really appreciates you and your body he/she would never reject you on how you look or how thin ot thick you are. So, please don't deprive yourselves from the pleasure of all the great foon in this world.

(P.S.: Don't run after zero figure, but yeah, you must keep it healthy)

Pray: Another very important aspect of a content life is to "Pray", to meditate. The God lies within us. So, rather than looking for answers in the outer world, look into yourself. Follow your heart. This would give us the immense satisfaction. In fact, I have started attending some spiritual lectures in nearby institution and it really is helping me to deal with life in a better manner.

Love: The third key is to Love. I know, we all our not fortunate enough to find our soulmate in the very first person we fall in love with. But yes, we must keep our heart open for that special one. Don't be afraid. You never know may be you will find that person at the age of 15 or 35 or may be 45. But even few days or years spent with such a soulmate will be worth waiting for.

I hope I am able to explain the three keys in best possible way. May be it will help you all to enjoy life in a better way.

Idle

So, today was one of the boring days in office. Though I enjoy here, but today my p.c. got hang after 2 hours working. It was so bad that wen a folder was not opening after 10 clicks. Went to IT people several times and then they finally formatted it. and the whole time I was either staring at people or making unnecessary calls to old friends whom I had not spoken to since long. It feels so crap sometimes. Nowadays, even talking on phone feels like a time waste (only if there are someone important). Yeah, I hate my mobile, and one of the biggest reason is I lost my favorite one in a market. Now I am sitting idle as they have not installed MS Office yet and I am unable to open any docs.

After so may boring stuff, here is something, that I am enjoying these days:

1. Reading Chetan's new novel 2 states after reaching home after work. Love both Krish and Ananya. I think I can relate myself to Ananya.

2. Watching movies in parts every morning after having breakfast. Nowadays, I am watching Wake Up Sid.

3. Learning few new dishes.

4. Have got a new, short hair cut which I am flaunting these days and getting many complements as well :). I love complements.

Now I am waiting for the IT person to come back with MS Office CD. Have nothing to do and can't help it even. Want to go back home and read what happens next in 2 States.

Till later, Enjoy.

Love you All,
Ann

Back in 2010

So, here I am with sore throat, drowsy hear and minor fever. Lollzz... You all must be wondering, why am I talking like this? Guys really, the last weekend was quite happening and hectic at the same moment. I enjoyed a lot but am suffering because of that now.

On Friday, I got "Best dressed female of the Eve" in our office party. It was like a big surprise, as I was in my regular jeans and jacket stuff. Since it was a lucky draw, I was the one who got the award. Lucky on last eve of the year :)

Then on Friday, I woke up with this minor fever feeling. Did nothing. Took rest and watched television. It was feeling like heaven being ridden in bed and doing nothing.

On Saturday, I went to meet my post grad. friend, one of my darlings. We had fun, gossiped about her in-laws (how can I leave my old habits).

On Sunday, I watched 3 Idiots. Awesome movie guys. All the three characters were great. And Kareena was looking more pretty. Since it was drizzling yesterday, I got that sore throat feeling again.

But in short, I had loads of fun this weekend.

Now I am waiting for my Boss to come so that she can edit my reports and all. Feeling drowsy. But have to work anyway.

Love you all,

Ann
